CRVW Camper Conversions in Sheffield

CRVW was originally established in 1992 as a kitchen manufacturing and joinery service business operating from a purposed built workshop in Aughton, Sheffield.

These days the company is owned and managed by Peter Cowen a skilled joiner with over 30 years experience in bespoke furniture manufacture.

The transition to offering VW camper conversions was an unusual but at the same time obvious step which is something of a family affair.

Peter’s son is a long time VW obsessive and surfer now living in Devon who has owned a multitude of bays, T25s and T4s. Consequently over the years many of these VW buses passed through the doors at CRVW for a fatherly internal make over.

However things started to get more serious when one of the T4s underwent a full custom conversion. It became a talking point on popular VW forums and subsequently received a full feature in VW Camper and Commercial magazine.

This inadvertently led to private enquires for similar conversion work and eventually a successful relationship supplying a South West based conversion company with high quality furniture kits.

Today conversions, part conversions and furniture kits are a key aspect of our mainstream work and we are able to convert your Volkswagen to your own personal specification based on your individual needs and budget.
